Scope of the position

Your mission is to insure the customer land and the fast and easy adoption of the Newired product offering. You work out strategy, activities and services to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth roll-out in the company for successful expansion and renewal business.

 

Your Responsibilities & Tasks
  • Work out business success factors for the customers to land and expand
  • Control and monitor the success factors
  • Provide Online-Demos and Evaluations
  • Chat
  • Regular Webinars
  • Frequent Engagement with the customer on success and improvement on the business success factors.
  • Provide customer driven modifications (e.g. Journeys, customizations).
  • Identify expansion potentials.
  • Provide customer implementation.
  • Web-based Trainings.
  • Provide customer analytics
  • Provide content for the customer engagement process (Website, WP, Campaigns)

 

Your Profile – Qualification & Expectations
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, team oriented business builder
  • Technical, Pre-Sales, Service, Business Development experience
  • Customer focused and customer driven
  • Good communication skills
  • Fluent in English other languages welcome
