Scope of the position

Your mission is be the Pre and Post Sales Consultant at Newired. You ensure smooth customer land and the fast and easy adoption of the Newired product subscription offering. You work out strategy, activities and services to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth roll-out in the company for successful expand and renewal business. You report to the COO.

 

Your Responsibilities & Tasks
  • Work out business success factors for the customers to land and expand;
  • Control and monitor the success factors;
  • Provide Online-Demos, Evaluations and Proof of Concepts (PoCs);
  • Provide customer implementations online and Onsite incl. server set-ups and application profiling;
  • You build Newired Journeys based on the specific customer requirements;
  • Web-based Trainings and Consulting;
  • Provide customer driven modifications (e.g. Journey´s, workflows customizations and reporting);
  • Frequent Engagement with the customer on success and improvement on the business success factors;
  • Provide content and “Best Practices” for Content Marketing i.e. Blog, Article, Forum, Learning Center;
  • Provide customer analytics.
Your Profile – Qualification & Expectations
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, team-oriented business builder;
  • Technical, Service, Consulting and Project Management experience;
  • Training and Coaching experience (i.e. Web-based Trainings and onsite Training classes);
  • IT, Server, Cloud, Security and Data Protection knowledge;
  • Customer focused and customer driven;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Fluent in English, other languages are welcome.
