Hi there! We at Newired are looking for a skilled Digital Sales Manager (5+ years experience) to join our global Customer Success team. Someone who will help us in growing the  community of customers of our global onboarding solution that eases users to adopt complex products.


What do we do? 

Long story short, we create a code-free onboarding solution — a guidance overlay to help users of any web-based software. If you are familiar with ERP or CRM systems, you may know that these are a keeper. Sometimes such software remains in a company for decades and is inherited from user to user. With Newired Journeys’ help, the onboarding, guidance, and tooltips can make these, often non-intuitive, products more easy-to-use. This is especially important nowadays as many businesses are moving into the digital world and need to prepare their users for such transformation.

We are a 4 years old (or young? 🙂 ) company that has a great and enthusiastic team in Europe and that is expanding in the US. And right now, we are in dire need of an open-minded, eager to experiment vigorous Digital Sales Manager to help us grow even faster.

Newired shortens the distance between people and the digital world. As Digital Sales Manager you shorten the distance to our customers and help them succeed with our technology. You inspire and win them by driving and qualifying leads, convert them into sales opportunities and close them. Your focus is to land new customers following up on leads generated via digital marketing or other lead sources.


What we really need you to handle 

  • Experience in B2B software product selling via digital
  • Able to listen at customers and then help them solving their issues
  • Digital marketing and social media knowledge
  • Customer and sales oriented with excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, team-oriented
  • Fluent in English, other languages welcome


Those nice-to-have skills that get you some bonus points 

  • Selling SaaS solutions
  • Knowledge and experience of the LAER sales model
  • Negotiation skills
  • Problem solving
  • Empathetic attitude
  • Solutions selling, SPIN selling or similar certifications
