Newired 25.3 – Communication, Fluidity and Control

With the 25.3 release, Newired introduces new features that make the user experience clearer, more dynamic, and fully under the control of content authors. This update focuses on three main areas: direct communication with end users, smoother interaction within Journeys, and more precise time-based rules for content display.

Banners: clear, non-intrusive communication

One of the main highlights of this release is the introduction of Banners, a new type of entity within the Tips category.
Banners allow authors to deliver one-time or time-bound messages, triggered by specific conditions.

They are ideal for:

  • communicating product updates;
  • sending alerts or announcements;
  • highlighting onboarding milestones;
  • notifying users of maintenance activities.

Thanks to their non-intrusive but highly visible design, Banners enable organizations to keep users informed without disrupting their workflow.

Visual feedback during Journey loading

Another important improvement is the visual feedback introduced while loading Journeys.
From this release on, users will see a loading indicator whenever the overlay is processing the next step.

This prevents users from interrupting or “breaking” the Journey while waiting, ensuring a smoother and more reliable experience.

New date/time rules for dynamic content

Release 25.3 also gives authors greater control over when content is displayed.
Journeys, Tips, Banners, and other entities can now be scheduled with date and time rules, unlocking advanced use cases such as:

  • time-limited informational campaigns,
  • automatic alerts tied to specific time windows,
  • seasonal or temporary content delivery.

This allows organizations to fine-tune communication and deliver the right message at the right time.

With Newired 25.3, the platform takes another step forward in shaping a more effective and user-focused experience: timely communication, frictionless interactions, and dynamic scheduling tools all come together to support digital adoption in the most flexible way possible.
