Hi there! We at Newired are looking for a skilled frontend engineer (2+ years experience) to join our team in Ostrava. Someone who will help us build our global onboarding solution that eases users to adopt complex products.

 

What do we do? 

Long story short, we create a code-free onboarding solution — a guidance overlay to help users of any web-based software. If you are familiar with ERP or CRM systems, you may know that these are a keeper. Sometimes such software remains in a company for decades and is inherited from user to user. With Newired Journeys’ help, the onboarding, guidance, and tooltips can make these, often non-intuitive, products more easy-to-use. This is especially important nowadays as many businesses are moving into the digital world and need to prepare their users for such transformation.

We are a 4 years old (or young? :) ) company that has a great family-cultured R&D team in Ostrava and a couple more teams and product people around the world. And right now, we are in dire need of an open-minded, eager to experiment vigorous engineer to help us grow even faster. Plus, if you enjoy the world of Machine learning, you're one of us.

 

What we really need you to handle 💪

  • JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, Node.JS
  • JavaScript/TypeScript experience
  • Git for version control
  • Your code is clean, and you know your Test Driven Development techniques
  • Good knowledge of technical English as this is a key industry's language 

 

Those nice-to-have skills that get you some bonus points

  • Redux and immutable data principles knowledge 
  • React knowledge 
  • Functional programming experience. We use TypeScript and Elm.
  • You have some experience with Java
  • Interest in Serverless architecture (e.g., AWS) 

 

Generally: We welcome you if you bring or expand our knowledge of Google analytics, RESTless API, Reactive programming, and Web Security.

Newired shortens the distance between people and the digital world. As Digital Sales Manager you shorten the distance to our customers and help them succeed with our technology. You inspire and win them by driving and qualifying leads, convert them into sales opportunities and close them. Your focus is to land new customers following up on leads generated via digital marketing or other lead sources. 



What we really need you to handle 

  • Experience in B2B software product selling via digital
  • Able to listen at customers and then help them solving their issues
  • Digital marketing and social media knowledge
  • Customer and sales oriented with excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, team-oriented

Scope of the position
Your mission is to insure the customer land and the fast and easy adoption of the Newired product offering. You work out strategy, activities and services to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth roll-out in the company for successful expansion and renewal business.

    Scope of the position

    As the Marketing Manager you report to the COO and will be full responsible for the Newired marketing activities. This will include market, product communication, Website and Social Media marketing.

    You will aligne the Newired Marketing with the Go-to-market means Customer Engagement and the Digital Sales Model. 

     

    Responsibilities and Tasks
    • Market analysis on general trends, prospective customers and Competition 
    • Implement the Newired marketing strategy and marketing plan
    • Manage Newired Website(s) www.newired.com, (content, SEO, SEM, Analytics)
    • Plan and execute on Demand, Lead Gen activities 
    • Regular Campaigns 
    • For different, specific industries, roles and  personas
    • Online marketing activities (Google Ads, postings)
    • Social Media and community communication on the major Newired related communities
    • Email blasts
    • Maintain, orchestrate Newired Marketing outbound activities (blog, articles…)
    • Develop, execute Lead nurturing campaigns
    • Writing and editing Newired collateral, Case Studies, Newsletters and presentations
    • Main contact for Press and Media Reviews, and PR activities
